project backpack
Project Backpack started in Washington DC and other locations around the country to benefit school-age children displaced by Hurricane Katrina. By providing children with their own backpack filled with school supplies, we are hoping to give them a little piece of themselves back while also allowing them to get in a better place before starting in their new school. Forsyth Country Day School is coordinating a local drive for these backpack donations. Click here for more information.
